Join us for the Mooloolaba Game Fishing Club Kids River Fishing Comp – a fun-filled event for young anglers of all skill levels!

After an educational safety and fishing briefing, kids will head off for 2.5 hours of catch, record, and release fishing along the beautiful river. Thanks to the Kidsfish2 program, every participant will receive their very own Shimano Rod and Reel combo to keep!

Wrap up the day with a delicious sausage sizzle in the park and celebrate a great morning on the water. It’s all about learning, fun, and making memories!

Where: Meet at La Balsa Boat Ramp at 9am for the briefing

Timing: Fishing 9:30-12. BBQ Presentation at 12:30

Cost: Free for MGFC Members. $10 per child for non-members
